Commision implementing decision (EU) 2022/1178 of 7 July 2022 not to prolong the suspension of the definitive anti-dumping duties imposed by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1784 on import of aluminium flat-rolled products originating in the People´s Republic of China.
The rates of the anti-dumping duty range from 14,3% to 24,6%. The definitive anti-dumping duty is reinstated as of 12 July 2022.
